Anodic Anodizing

Type II anodizing improves corrosion resistance and can be used as a base for paint and other finishing finishes. Note: The anodizing effect that may be produced by different materials will vary.

Marks:
Dyes are used to affect the surface color of the part
Type II coatings are susceptible to wear and may bleach, or fade in prolonged exposure to direct sunlight
Custom color (RAL) is possible

Hard Anodizing (Type III)

A hard anodized (type III) layer produces a thicker standard anodized layer, making it more durable and wear-resistant. Can be used as a base for paints or other finishes.

Marks:
Due to the thickness, the color will appear slightly darker

SurTec650 (Chromium-free passivation coating)

It is water-based process that creates a thin, iridescent conversion layer on the surface of the metal. The coating is highly resistant to corrosion, even in harsh environments.

Powder Coating

Use evenly applied, heat-curing coatings to provide a continuous, protective color surface to the part. Compared to traditional painting, the powder coating surface treatment is usually tougher or even more uniform. Metals such as aluminum and steel can be effectively coated with polymer powders.

Chemical Nickel-Plated

Electroless nickel plating refers to the uniform coating of nickel on the surface, which prevents corrosion, oxidation, and abrasion of irregular surfaces.
Nickel-plated coatings can have relatively low abrasion resistance, especially in high-friction or high-wear conditions, where the coating can be damaged.
The nickel plating coating can affect the weldability of the product, making the welding process more difficult.

Zinc-Blue Plated
