EN AW–6061 / 3.3211 / Al-Mg1SiCu

The alloy has magnesium and silicon as the main alloying elements and contains trace amounts of copper. With a tensile strength of 180 megapascals, this is a high-strength alloy that is ideal for high-load structures such as scaffolding, railcoaches, machinery, and aerospace parts.

 

EN AW–6060 / 3.3206 / AlMgSi

This is a heat-treatable, low-strength aluminum alloy. It has good corrosion resistance, good weldability, and is very suitable for cold forming. It is used in the production of lighting, furniture, flooring and other engineering applications without special strength requirements.

 

EN AW–6082 / 3.2315 / Al-Si1Mg

Usually formed by rolling and extrusion, this alloy has medium strength and has very good weldability and thermal conductivity. It has a high resistance to stress corrosion cracking. It has a tensile strength of 140–330 megapascals. It is mainly used in offshore construction and containers

 

EN AW–7075 / 3.4365 / Al-Zn6MgCu

Zinc is the main alloying element. It has high strength (57 megapascals), toughness and excellent fatigue resistance. The surface can be milled or brushed. It has very good machinability. It is widely used in aircraft structural parts.

 

2.0060 / E-Cu57 / Cu-ETP

It has high electrical conductivity and high corrosion resistance. Its tensile strength is 360 megapascals. It is also known as electrolytic tough copper (ETP). It is commonly used in general electrical components such as busbars, motors, windings, etc. It has excellent formability and machinability.

 

CW004A / 2.0065 / E.Cu58

It has a high electrical conductivity. Good machinability makes it easy to form into different shapes; Profiles, sheets and plates. It is mainly used in the electrical/electronic industry.

 

2.0401 / CuZn39Pb3

The material has excellent hot formability and can be easily welded or brazed. Suitable for the hygienic industry, engine and vehicle construction, as well as rotating parts. It has very good machinability.

 

1.4301 / X5CrNi18.10 (V2A)

This is chrome-nickel austenitic stainless steel. The chromium element gives it excellent corrosion resistance. Its tensile strength is 590 megapascals.
